This document is a public offer by the nice.com.ua online shop to conclude a distance sale contract.

By placing an order the buyer accepts these terms.

Orders are placed on the website. The contract is concluded once a manager confirms the order by phone.

Prices are in hryvnias and are fixed when the order is confirmed.

Payment is cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch, or cashless by the details the manager sends.

Nova Poshta across Ukraine at the carrier’s rates. The parcel can be checked at the branch before paying.

As set out on the «Returns & exchanges» page and in Ukrainian consumer protection law.

Processed according to the Privacy policy.

The shop may change these terms. Each order follows the version in force when it was placed.
